**Terms of Service for AIMS Document Management Software - 45-Day Trial**

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIMS Document Management Software ("AIMS" or "Software") provided by [Your Company Name] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). **1. Trial Period** 

1.1. We offer a 45-day trial of AIMS free of charge ("Trial Period"). During the Trial Period, you may use the Software for evaluation purposes only. 

1.2. The Trial Period begins when you first access or use AIMS and ends 45 days thereafter. After the Trial Period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using AIMS.

 

**2. License Grant** 

2.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AIMS for the duration of the Trial Period solely for evaluation purposes. 

2.2. You may not sublicense, transfer, sell, or assign your rights under this license to any third party.

 

**3. Use of AIMS** 

3.1. You agree to use AIMS in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any login credentials or access tokens provided to you for using AIMS. 

3.3. You may not: 

   a) Use AIMS in any manner that could disrupt, damage, or impair the operation of the Software;  

   b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of AIMS;  

   c) Use AIMS for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;  

   d) Share your login credentials with unauthorized users.

 

**4. Data and Privacy** 

4.1. You acknowledge and agree that the use of AIMS may involve the storage and processing of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

**5. Termination** 

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to AIMS at any time, with or without cause, at our discretion.
